By creating an account, making a deposit, or using any service available on the platform 888bb, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, do not create an account or use the services of 888bb.

These Terms constitute a binding contract between you — the user — and 888bb. They govern access to and use of the Sports Betting platform, online casino, promotions, and all other available services. The contractual relationship is governed by applicable Brazilian law regulating the betting and online entertainment sector.

To create an account and use the services of 888bb, you must cumulatively meet all of the requirements below:

• Be at least 18 years of age complete as of the date of registration;
• Have Valid CPF of an individual resident in Brazil;
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration — including full name, date of birth, CPF, address, and email;
• Not being registered with any national self-exclusion programs or on the platform's own restriction list 888bb;
• Not creating more than one account on the platform. Each CPF is linked to a single account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances may be blocked;
• Do not use another person's account — each account is personal and non-transferable;
• Not be an employee, partner, or representative of 888bb nor an immediate family member of any of the above.

The 888bb may request additional documents for identity verification at any time — especially before the first withdrawal. The standard process involves submitting a photo of a government-issued ID and a selfie holding the document. Verification only needs to be completed once and remains valid indefinitely while the account is active.

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials safe on 888bb — login, password, and security PIN. Never share this information with anyone. The platform will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you receive a message requesting this type of information on behalf of 888bb, disregard it and notify us immediately through support.

Your account is strictly for personal use. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or in any way make your account available to another person. Bets placed by third parties using your credentials are your responsibility, except in cases of proven unauthorized access reported immediately to support.

• If you forget your password, use the "Forgot my password" option available on the login screen;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) in your account security settings;
• Use strong, unique passwords — avoid obvious combinations such as birth dates or sequential numbers;
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, block it immediately through the app or contact support via 24-hour chat.

The 888bb may suspend or close an account temporarily or permanently if it identifies misuse, a violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any behavior that threatens the integrity of the platform or other users.

The 888bb accepts the following deposit methods, all processed in BRL with no currency conversion and no fees to the user:

• Pix — instant, available 24/7. Minimum amount: R$ 20.00;
• Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Elo) — processed in up to 5 minutes. Minimum amount: R$ 20.00;
• Debit card — processed in up to 5 minutes. Minimum amount: R$ 20.00;
• PicPay — processed in up to 10 minutes. Minimum amount: R$ 20.00;
• Mercado Pago — processed in up to 10 minutes. Minimum amount: R$ 20.00;
• Bank slip (Boleto) — processing time of 1 to 2 business days. Minimum amount: R$ 30.00.

All deposits must originate from accounts or payment methods linked to the same CPF registered on the 888bb. Deposits made by third parties will be returned and the account may be suspended pending investigation. The platform monitors transactions for anti-money laundering purposes, in accordance with applicable regulatory obligations in Brazil.

The 888bb does not charge any fees on deposits. Any charges applied by the user's financial institution are the user's sole responsibility and are outside the platform's control.

Withdrawals at 888bb are available through the following methods, with no processing fees:

• Pix — processed in up to 15 minutes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Minimum amount: R$ 30.00;
• TED Transfer (Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and other banks) — processed within up to 1 business day. Minimum amount: R$ 50.00.

All withdrawals are processed exclusively to bank accounts or Pix keys registered under the CPF of the account holder 888bb. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. Identity verification is required before your first withdrawal — see Section 2.

The balance available for withdrawal corresponds to your real account balance, excluding any bonus funds that have not yet met the rollover requirements. To check your available withdrawal balance, go to the account dashboard under "Withdraw".

• The 888bb may request additional documentation for withdrawals above standard limits or in situations flagged as high-risk by the compliance system;
• Withdrawals requested on weekends and public holidays via Pix are processed normally — Pix runs 24 hours a day on the platform;
• If a withdrawal has not been received within 30 minutes (Pix), contact support via chat and provide the time and amount of your request.

The 888bb offers regular promotions for registered users, including a welcome bonus, cashback, free bets on UFC cards, and slots tournaments. Each promotion has its own specific terms communicated at the time of the offer. The general terms below apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Welcome bonus: 100% match on your first deposit up to R$ 500.00. 10x rollover on the bonus amount, placed on Sports Betting with minimum odds of 1.50 or on eligible casino games;
• Free bets: the free bet stake is not included in the return — only the profit generated. A 1x rollover applies to the free bet profit;
• Weekly cashback: calculated on net losses for the period. Credited as bonus balance with a 2x rollover;
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to other users or converted to cash without meeting the rollover requirements;
• The 888bb reserves the right to cancel bonuses in the event of a terms violation, use of multiple accounts, or behavior deemed abusive by the trading team;
• Promotions are available to users with verified documentation. Unverified accounts may have bonus withdrawals suspended until verification is complete.

Promotions are subject to availability and may be ended or modified by 888bb at any time without prior notice. Always check the specific terms of each offer in the Promotions section of the platform before participating.

Bets placed on 888bb are final once confirmed by the system — after a bet slip is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed, except in cases where the cash-out feature is available and requested by the user before the event ends.

The following rules apply to Sports Betting on the platform:

• Live Betting: Odds on live bets change in real time. The 888bb may temporarily suspend markets during an event to update odds. Bets placed before the suspension are kept at their original odds;
• Odds errors: If an odd is published due to a clear error (a value obviously outside standard market parameters), the 888bb reserves the right to void the bet and return the staked amount to the user's balance;
• Cancelled or postponed events: If an event is canceled and not rescheduled within 48 hours, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. If the event is rescheduled within 48 hours, bets remain active;
• Force majeure: Events interrupted by factors beyond the organizers' control (extreme weather conditions, regulatory decisions, etc.) follow the specific rules of the relevant sport. If in doubt, contact support;
• Accumulator bets: In accumulator bets (multiples), voiding one selection results in the odds being recalculated using the remaining selections. If only one selection remains, the bet is converted to a single;
• Cash-out: The cash-out value is calculated by the platform based on current odds and may be accepted or declined by the system depending on market conditions at the time of the request.

The 888bb covers Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Premier League, UFC, ONE Championship, Bellator, NBB, e-sports (CS2, CBLOL, VALORANT), and over 30 other sports. Coverage may vary depending on data provider availability.

By using 888bb, you agree not to engage in any of the following conduct, under penalty of immediate account closure and possible funds retention:

• Creating more than one account using the same CPF or another person's details;
• Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any tool that simulates human behavior on the platform;
• Systematically and intentionally exploiting technical glitches or odds errors;
• Participating in any money laundering scheme, including making deposits with the sole intent of withdrawing funds without placing actual bets;
• Attempting to manipulate event outcomes or coordinate bets with others to fraudulently exploit market inconsistencies;
• Sharing your login credentials with third parties or allowing others to use your account;
• Using a VPN, proxy, or any tool to simulate a location other than your actual one in order to bypass platform restrictions;
• Engaging in any conduct that violates applicable Brazilian law.

The 888bb continuously monitors accounts to detect unusual activity patterns. Accounts under review may have withdrawals temporarily suspended while the compliance team conducts its investigation. The user will be notified and given the opportunity to present their case before any final decision is made.

The 888bb believes that Sports Betting and casino games are, first and foremost, entertainment. When they stop being fun and start becoming a problem, the platform is on the user's side to help. The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered users:

• Deposit limits: set maximum deposit amounts per day, week, or month directly in your account settings;

• Permanent self-exclusion: permanently close access to your account — once requested, self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the minimum established period;
• Full history: access your full history of bets, deposits, withdrawals, and gaming sessions at any time to review your activity on the platform.

The 888bb is a platform exclusively for users aged 18 and over. CPF and age verification is carried out at registration and reinforced during identity verification before the first withdrawal. Access by minors is blocked under any circumstance.

The 888bb employs cutting-edge technology and industry-recognized security practices to ensure platform availability and integrity. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation under all circumstances. The following liability limitations apply:

• The 888bb is not liable for losses resulting from the user's internet connectivity issues that prevent a bet or game session from being completed;
• The platform is not responsible for betting decisions made by the user based on third-party information, tips, or external analysis — all betting decisions are the sole responsibility of the user;
• The outcomes of sporting events, MMA bouts, and casino rounds are not within the control of the 888bb. The platform does not interfere with outcomes or guarantee any return on bets;
• The 888bb is not liable for errors or delays caused by financial institutions, banking networks, or the Central Bank's Pix system, all of which fall outside the platform's direct control.

The total liability of 888bb to a user in any 12-month period is limited to the total amount deposited by the user during that period, minus any withdrawals made. This limitation does not apply in cases of proven willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the platform.

The 888bb may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect on the date of publication. Registered users will be notified by email or via an on-platform notice. Continued use of the services after notification constitutes acceptance of the changes.

The 888bb may close your account in the following situations:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms;
• Fraud detection, use of false documents, or any irregularity in the registration;
• Regulatory decision requiring account closure;
• Extended account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 months with no deposits or bets placed.

In the event of account closure initiated by 888bb with no breach on the user's part, any available real-money balance will be returned via Pix or TED to the registered account, following identity verification. Non-withdrawable bonus balances are not refunded upon account closure.

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the court of the user's place of residence, in accordance with the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.
